Eric L. Kelly
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Eric Kelly has served as the Sphere 3D Corp. Chairman since July 2013 and Chief Executive Officer since the company's merger with Overland Storage in December 2014. Mr. Kelly served as Overland Storage's CEO since January 2009, its President & CEO since January 2010 and as a Board member since November 2007. Prior to joining Overland, Mr. Kelly was President of Silicon Valley Management Partners Inc., a management consulting and M&A advisory firm which he co-founded in 2007. He is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. His earlier positions have included Vice President and General Manager of Storage Systems Solutions at Adaptec Inc., President and CEO of Snap Appliance which was acquired by Adaptec, President of the Systems Division at Maxtor Corp. as well as various executive-level roles with Dell Computer Corp., Diamond Multimedia, Conner Peripherals and IBM. Mr. Kelly currently serves on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Manufacturing Council, where he offers advice and counsel to the Obama administration on strategies and policy recommendations on ways to promote and advance U.S. manufacturing. He earned an MBA from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Business from San Jose State University.

Peter Tassiopoulos
Vice Chairman and President
Peter Tassiopoulos was CEO of Sphere 3D from March of 2013 to December 2014. Having moved to the Role of Vice Chairman and President, he continues a well-established career in business development, sales management, and finance. Over the last 20 years Mr. Tassiopoulos has served as the founder or co-founder, director and/or as a senior executive of multiple companies covering a diverse array of industries. He has been a speaker and served on various panels at the United Nations, including “Age of Connectivity: Cities, Magnets of Hope….Imagining the Possible”, Mobile Health Management and, Digital Health. Mr. Tassiopoulos is responsible for the execution of the Company’s business plan and providing strategic leadership and direction.

Peter  Ashkin
Mr. Ashkin is President of Peter Ashkin Consulting, based in Paso Robles, California, a consulting agency that focuses on high-tech start-up companies. Mr. Ashkin also owns and operates Red Head Ranch in Paso Robles, California, a producer of award winning wines. Previously, Mr. Ashkin served as President of the Technology Group for CanWest Mediaworks (2004 – 2006), at that time, Canada’s largest media company, with multiple locations across Canada consisting of newspapers, broadcast television and cable. Prior to CanWest, Mr. Ashkin served as President of Product Strategy for AOL (America Online) (2001 – 2004), at that time, the world’s largest Internet provider. Mr. Ashkin also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Gateway Computer (1998 – 2001) and prior thereto a number of senior and executive management positions at both Toshiba Corporation and Apple Inc.

Glenn  M. Bowman
Glenn joined CCC in 2014, he specializes in advising clients on acquisitions and divestitures private debt and equity financings, financial restructurings, business and securities valuations, and fairness opinions. He is also a frequent speaker and published author in these areas. Glenn was the Managing Partner at Capital Canada Limited, a mid-market investment bank located in Toronto. He was formerly the President and Director of the Toronto office of Houlihan Lokey. Glenn began his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he specialized in the firm’s business valuation practice. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, a Chartered Business Valuator and holds a Corporate Finance Qualification with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has served as a member of the Small Business Advisory Committee of the Ontario Securities Commission as well as the Accounting Standards Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Glenn currently serves on the corporate boards of Rockcliff Resources Inc., WireIE Holdings International Inc., and Sphere 3D Inc. Glenn is a graduate of the University of Toronto.

Vivekanand Mahadevan
Vic Mahadevan joined our Board in December 2014. He has over 25 years of senior level strategic planning and marketing experience. He was the Chief Strategy Officer at NetApp from 2010 until October 2012 and prior to that time served as Vice President of Marketing for LSI Corporation. Prior to LSI Corporation, Vic was Chief Executive Officer for Deeya Energy and has also held senior management positions with leading storage and systems management companies including BMC Software, Compaq, Ivita, and Maxxan Systems. Vic holds an MBA in Marketing and MS in Engineering from the University of Iowa as well a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
